Valentine's Day Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cups

Hey guys, it's almost Valentine's Day! I may be in the single ladies' corner, but I can still appreciate everything heart shaped and pink so long as it is in the form of chocolate. I made some delicious and relatively easy marshmallow peanut butter cups. I may not have tempered my chocolate correctly (oops!) but these still turned out pretty great. I made my "marshmallow fluff" by making Italian meringue. You could just use store bought marshmallow fluff, although I would recommend whipping it up a little before using it. Definitely keep these cups refrigerated once they are all done. Marshmallow Peanut Butter Cups Ingredients 2 bags Ghirardelli's 60% cacao chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon honey 75 grams egg whites (about two large) 202.5 grams of white sugar 49.5 grams water 1.
